These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the fully automated appliance recycling service provided by We•Cycle, which is fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our service.

1. Service Description:
– We•Cycle offers a fully automated appliance recycling service that is fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal. Our service is a local curbside service where you are required to place the appliance outside for pickup at the designated date and time.

2. Booking and Payment:
– To book an appliance recycling, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, pickup location, and any specific instructions.

– Payment for the service is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:
– If you need to cancel your appliance recycling, please contact Strong Junk Removal to cancel the appointment. Additionally, send an email to info@wecycleappliances.com to notify us of the cancellation.

– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Limitations and Exclusions:
– Our appliance recycling service covers a wide range of household appliances. Additional fees may apply for oversized or non-standard items.

– We do not accept appliances that are hazardous or contain harmful substances. Please refer to our FAQ for more information on appliance recycling restrictions.

– While we strive to provide reliable and efficient service, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may affect the scheduled pickup time or availability.

5. Liability:
– We•Cycle and Strong Junk Removal shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our service, except where prohibited by law.

– We are not responsible for any damage to the property or the homeowner (customer) that may occur while the homeowner is placing the appliance outside for pickup.

6. Intellectual Property:

– All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with We•Cycle are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
