How much does appliance pickup cost?

Appliance pickup starts at $50. Your most expensive appliance is full price and every other appliance type in the same order is discounted. Full-Service adds $40, stairs $30 and disconnection $25, plus a $4.50 service fee.

What appliances can you pick up?

Refrigerator, Commercial Refrigerator, Freezer, Washer, Dryer, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Water Heater.

Do appliances need to be empty?

Yes. Appliances must be empty of all food and liquids or the driver cannot take them.

What areas do you serve?

Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Apache Junction and Scottsdale.

Which days do you pick up?

Curbside pickups run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5AM to 5PM. Full-Service runs Wednesday and Friday, 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM.

What happens to my appliance after pickup?

Each appliance is assessed. Repairable units go to local independent appliance dealers for refurbishing, the rest are parted out, and what's left goes to a recycling facility.

Every pickup is fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, a locally owned crew, so your appliance is in good hands from booking to drop-off.

What services do you offer?

Curbside and Full-Service appliance pickup for refrigerators, commercial refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, microwaves and water heaters. Full-Service can add stairs and disassembly when you need them.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Chandler, Chandler Heights, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, Arcadia, Desert Ridge, Laveen, Maryvale, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Glendale, Tolleson, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Sun Lakes, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. Bookings outside these areas are cancelled and refunded.

What appliances can you remove?

Refrigerators, commercial refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, microwaves and water heaters — working or not. Select exactly what you have in the booking form and watch your total update as you go.

Do appliances need to be empty?

Yes. Appliances must be empty of all food and liquids before pickup — our driver can’t take a refrigerator, freezer, washer or dishwasher that still has food or liquid in it. Please also let us know in the booking form whether your appliance(s) work.

What is Full-Service pickup?

With Full-Service, you don’t lift a finger. Our crew comes inside and carries your appliance out — kitchens, laundry rooms, garages, upstairs — and hauls it away. Full-Service runs Wednesday and Friday in an 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM window. Add stairs (+$30) or disassembly (+$25) if needed.

What is Curbside pickup?

Curbside is our most affordable option. Place your appliance in front of your garage or laying in your carport by 5AM on pickup day, and we’ll grab it between 5AM and 5PM — no one needs to be home. Curbside runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Add gate codes or unit numbers in the notes field when booking. Commercial refrigerators are Curbside only.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the appliances you select and whether you choose Curbside or Full-Service — no volume calculators. Appliance pickups start at $50, Full-Service adds $40, and a flat $4.50 service fee applies to every order, shown clearly in your total before you book.

Can I see my price before committing?

Yes — the booking form shows your exact price in real time as you add appliances, and you see your guaranteed total before you pay.

What does a second appliance cost?

Your most expensive appliance is full price. Every other type of appliance in the same order drops to a lower combo price — for example, a refrigerator plus a freezer is $70 + $60, and a washer plus a dryer is $50 + $40.

What if I have several appliances?

Add them all to one booking. Extra units of the same appliance and additional appliance types are discounted automatically, and you can book up to 10 of each.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use secure online card payment only — you’re charged when you book, so there’s nothing to settle in person. We don’t accept cash or checks.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees — what you see before you book is what you pay, including the flat $4.50 service fee. The only add-ons are stairs (+$30) and disassembly (+$25) on Full-Service, both shown in your total before you confirm.

How do I book a pickup?

Tap “Book Now,” select your appliances, choose Curbside or Full-Service, then pick your day and pickup window. It takes about two minutes online — no calls needed.

Is booking online really the only way?

Yes — booking, pricing and payment all happen on our website. Have a question first? Send us a message through the contact form and we’ll reply within 24–48 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

You can book as early as the next pickup day. Same-day bookings aren’t available — they roll to the next open day. Book as soon as you know your date to get the window you want.

Do you offer next-day service?

Yes, when the next day is a pickup day. Curbside runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Full-Service runs Wednesday and Friday.

What time windows are available for pickup?

Curbside pickups run anytime from 5AM to 5PM, so no one needs to be home. Full-Service pickups are 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM. Either way, our driver texts you about 30 minutes before arriving.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For Curbside, no — just have your appliance in front of your garage or in your carport by 5AM. For Full-Service, someone needs to be home to let our crew in.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Let us know through the contact form or at info@wecycleappliances.com as early as possible. Refunds go back to your card within 48 hours. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

How will I know the driver is on the way?

Our driver texts you about 30 minutes before arriving, for both Curbside and Full-Service pickups.

What if my appliance is inside the home?

That’s exactly what Full-Service is for — our crew comes in and carries it out, wherever it is in your home. Choose disassembly if it needs to be unhooked or taken apart.

Will there be any damage to my property?

Our crew takes care navigating tight spaces, doorways, and stairs, and works to protect your floors and walls throughout the pickup.

Yes. Pickups are fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, our locally owned pickup partner, who is fully insured — so your property and the crew are covered throughout the job.

What happens to my appliance after pickup?
